The service
Game Alley provides free, instant-play browser games. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Games, rankings and statistics may change or be removed at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive rates, forge gameplay events, or use shared highlights to publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content. We may remove content and block sessions that break these rules.
Content and ownership
Games remain the property of their respective developers and are licensed for play on this platform. Platform code, branding and aggregated statistics belong to Game Alley. Highlight cards you create from your own play sessions may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for the free service, is zero.
Changes
